Team Mercury from the Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Thammasat Business School, Thammasat University is the won the 1st prize of Chulalongkorn Case Discovery 2021 at Chulalongkorn University
Chulalongkorn Case Discovery 2021 is a competition of problem solving on marketing plan for application ‘Grab’. This year, there were 251 teams from all over the country participated, but due to the covid-19 situation, the competition was on an online platform. This year, the Mercury team used and adapted their experiences in classroom to the case study from the committee.
Miss Parichaya Juntkuang (BBA), one of the members of the Mercury said that ‘the case study this year was from Grab application that has become our daily use, so we understand deeply of the services provided in the app. The challenge of the competition is how to expand their market to not only their current users, so we (students) need to intensively study other customers need.
