Through the focus of mentoring process, it’s the belief that TBS-AIM program can potentially help groom our undergraduates’ values and that the graduates may learn to carry such value forward to the society.

Format of the Program
Though the art of mentorship is not considered evolution anymore in the management practices, the like of sticking to its principle has proven successful cases for various institutions in Thailand. The program’s requirement is rather simple but might have demanded more of the disciplines for mentees to ensure the regular meet up is going smoothly throughout the program.
Mentee Selection
Altogether 40 candidates will be selected as mentees based on the criteria of:
a) Quantitative Selections: Grades/University volunteer works
b) Qualitative Selections: Each candidate, before becoming mentees, will need to attend and answer some of pre-requisite questions and submit to the Organizing Committee before the deadline.
