จดหมายถึงประชาคมคณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ผมขอขอบคุณคณาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และนักศึกษาของคณะฯ ที่ไว้วางใจเสนอชื่อผมเข้าสู่กระบวนการสรรหาคณบดี คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี ในวาระ 2565 – 2568 ความไว้วางใจของท่านทำให้ผมตระหนักว่า หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบของคณบดีที่จะนำพา Thammasat Business School หรือ TBS ให้ก้าวหน้าและทัดเทียมกับ Business School ที่ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับนานาชาติเป็นเรื่องจำเป็น ดังที่ผมได้เรียนให้ท่านทราบถึงแนวทางการบริหารคณะภายใต้แนวคิด TBS Forward อันมีหลักหมุดสำคัญ 4 ประการที่จะขับเคลื่อนคณะฯ ไปสู่ความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย การขับเคลื่อนกลยุทธ์ให้เกิดประสิทธิผลนั้นจำเป็นต้องได้รับการสนับสนุนและร่วมมือร่วมใจจากประชาคมคณะพาณิชย์ฯ ทุกภาคส่วนอย่างเต็มกำลัง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นคณาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ หรือนักศึกษา หลักการบริหารงานของผมจะเน้นความจริงใจ การมีส่วนร่วม และการรับฟังทุกความเห็นและคำติชม เพื่อให้การบริหารงานเป็นไปอย่างถ้อยทีถ้อยอาศัยและเป็นรูปแบบการปรึกษาหารือ หากท่านมีข้อคิดเห็นหรือคำแนะนำใด ๆ สามารถพูดคุยกับผมหรือทีมบริหารได้โดยไม่ต้องลังเล หรือสามารถส่งความเห็นของท่านมาที่ somchai.supattarakul@tbs.tu.ac.th เพื่อให้เป็นประโยชน์แก่คณะฯ ของเราต่อไป . ด้วยความจริงใจ💙 รศ.ดร.สมชาย สุภัทรกุล คณบดีRead more
