คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี ก่อตั้งมาเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2481 จนถึงปัจจุบัน ครบปีที่ 83 ได้สร้างชื่อเสียงเคียงคู่กับมหาวิทยาลัย ธรรมศาสตร์มาอย่างยาวนาน เป็นสถาบันที่ผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถ สร้างผู้น� ำองค์กรให้เป็นที่รู้จักทั้งในและต่างประเทศ และยังเป็นสถาบันที่มีการพัฒนาและรักษามาตรฐานคุณภาพการศึกษา จาก 3 สถาบันระดับโลก ไม่ว่าจะเป็น EQUIS จากยุโรป AACSB จากสหรัฐอเมริกา และ AMBA จากสหราชอาณาจักร ในปีที่ผ่านมา คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี ได้พิสูจน์ ให้เห็นถึงความสามารถในการเปลี่ยนแปลง และปรับตัวให้ทันต่อ สถานการณ์ในวิกฤตต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มีการพัฒนา องค์ความรู้ด้านบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการเรียนการสอนอย่างต่อเนื่อง ท� ำให้ความส� ำเร็จของคณะฯ มีผลงานความก้าวหน้าต่าง ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ด้านวิชาการ ด้านวิจัย ด้านการบริการสังคม และด้านความเป็น นานาชาติ นับว่าเป็นผลจากความร่วมมือร่วมใจของผู้บริหาร บุคลากร และนักศึกษาของคณะพาณิชย์ฯ ในโอกาสครบปีที่ 83 ผมในฐานะนายกสภามหาวิทยาลัธรรมศาสตร์ ขอร่วมแสดงความยินดี และภูมิใจกับความส� ำเร็จท่ามกลางสถานการณ์ ในครั้งนี้ และขอให้คณบดีและผู้บริหารคณะ คณาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และนักศึกษา ประสบแต่ความสุข ความเจริญ โดยเฉพาะนักศึกษาให้ ส� ำเร็จการศึกษา มีความรู้ ความสามารถ และคุณธรรมไปท� ำงาน อันยังประโยชน์กับครอบครัว และสังคมโดยรวมต่อไป สมดังเจตนา ของมหาวิทยาลัย Ever since Thammasat Business School was first founded in the year 1983 unti l the present time, celebrating its 83rd anniversary. Together with Thammasat University, the faculty has a long history of building a distinguished reputation adjacently. The institute has been producing quality graduates with cognitively and abilities. The faculty has created leaders of both national and international organizations. Moreover, the institution develops and maintains high academic standards. The faculty has standard accreditation from 3 respective institutes - EQUIS from Europe, AACSB from the United States of America and AMBA from the United Kingdom. In the past year , Thammasat Business School has significantly proved itself for the challenge of adapting and adjusting during the crises.It academically continues to develop the business management’s cognitive and the learning management system. These are clearly the evidence of the faculty remarkable achievement in academic, researching, social services and international standard. The result of this is because the corroborating among management team, staff members and students in the faculty itself. On the auspicious 83rd anniversary celebration, as the President of The Thammasat University Council, I am honored and delighted on the success through the challenging situations.
